How to Order
VOYAKA sells cars to order, not from stock. You choose the car at a Japanese auto auction and set your maximum bid — we handle the bidding, purchase, export, and shipping.
Ordering flow
-
1. Search & inquire
Search the Japanese auto auction listings and find the car you want. Then send us the vehicle details and your maximum bid price — the highest amount you are willing to pay — via the inquiry form or WhatsApp. Not sure where to start? Contact us and we'll guide you.
-
2. Pay a 50% Vehicle Deposit
We reply with the expected winning price and an estimate of the total costs. If you agree, you pay 50% of the vehicle price as a deposit by international bank transfer.
-
3. We bid & purchase at auction
Once your deposit is confirmed, we bid at the Japanese auto auction — never above your limit. After a winning bid, we send you the vehicle photos, the auction inspection sheet, and the full vehicle information.
-
4. Pay the balance before export
Before export, we invoice the following, itemized clearly:
- Remaining 50% of the vehicle price
- Ocean freight
- Inland transportation
- Export-related charges
- Service fee
Once payment is confirmed, we proceed with the export and shipping arrangements.
-
5. Shipping & documents
After the vessel departs, we issue the Original B/L or Surrender B/L and send you all the documents you need.
-
6. Receive your car
When the car arrives at your port, you or your local consignee complete customs clearance and receive the vehicle.
If we don't win the auction
If the vehicle is not successfully purchased at auction, the 50% deposit can either be refunded or applied toward another vehicle, according to the customer's preference.
Our service fee is charged only after a successful vehicle purchase.
Payment
All payments are made by international bank transfer (T/T). The typical schedule:
- Deposit — 50% of the vehicle price, before we start bidding (applied to your final invoice).
- Balance — the remaining 50% plus shipping and export costs, before the vessel is booked.
- Documents are sent after the ship departs.
Bank details and the exact estimate are provided individually before you commit to anything.
FAQ
Can I really buy from auctions that are dealer-only?
Yes. The auctions are open only to licensed Japanese members — that's us. We bid as your agent, so you get direct auction access and auction-level prices without needing a license.
How do I know the car's condition before bidding?
Every auction car comes with an independent inspection sheet made by the auction house. We translate it and give you our honest reading of it, including the negatives, before you decide.
What happens if my bid doesn't win?
Your 50% deposit is fully refunded — or applied to your next auction bid if you prefer. Our service fee applies only to successful purchases, so nothing is lost.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the destination. After the auction win, allow roughly 2–4 weeks for export preparation, then the sea freight time for your route. We share the schedule as soon as the vessel is booked.
Which countries do you export to?
We ship mainly to Africa, the Caribbean, North America, and Europe — and can arrange shipping to most major ports worldwide. Tell us your country and nearest port, and we'll confirm the route and cost.
How do I get started?
Find the car you want at auction and send us the details with your maximum bid — the inquiry form takes about a minute. If you're not sure yet, just tell us what kind of car you're looking for.
